Greetings my friends

How time flies! The next Annual General Meeting is already on the way. Our efficient office administrators will soon be sending the notice to you. Please keep the 26th of October free for the AGM. Your participation and contribution is very essential for our Foundation to progress.

Many of us feel very strongly about our pet issues and have no platform to address these issues. Come to us, talk to us and share your concerns with us. We need to know how you all feel and think about the many issues concerning animals and their rights in this country.

Paying subscriptions and reading news bulletins are not sufficient to benefit the Foundation. Participation and commitment is what we are looking for. We want you to take it personally and contribute towards the Foundation.

Being in the new age, email has become part and parcel of our lives. So if you are not too keen to write in or call, just email your thoughts and ideas. Send us clippings that interest you in the net. There is so much out there in the cyberworld that you can share with us. Computer buffs, take this challenge and help us create a better newsletter.

Last month, the Foundation organized a wonderful seminar at the Sheraton Hotel. The speakers were priceless. The information extended to us was invaluable. This seminar was by the kind courtesy of the Foundation and yet the participation from the members was not very encouraging. So my friends, we need your input to know what you like and how we can go about getting you involved for our Foundation.
