Handbook for Feline Living

There is always time for a nap.
Avoid company you don't like.
Yogic stretching feels good and keeps you trim.
Be soft, be cool, be mysterious.
It's OK to wear the same thing every day.
Make people wonder what you do at night.
Challenge yourself. Clocks are man-made; do things in your own time. It's OK to sleep all day and play all night.
Don't ever be afraid of letting others know what you want.
Recognize the toy in everything.
Eat when you are hungry.
Enjoy your own company.
Don't be afraid to take chances.
Be able to make someone feel better by just being there.
Practice detachment.
Ignore TV.
Go barefoot.
Enjoy others without losing your independence.
Recycle mice and men!
Make yourself vulnerable, but don't be afraid to bite the hand that feeds you.
Take some time to smell the roses.
Just because you're home, you don't have to answer the phone.
Money's only paper and fun to play with.
Shred all documents and pantyhose.
Be curious.
Don't worry about cholesterol.
Find a good lap to curl up on.
Love yourself.
Take time out to preen.
Use your natural instincts to check out the new boys on the block. After you've been chucked out of the house, there's always another way back in.
Fight for what you want in life.
Sometimes the neighbours have better grub than home.
Climbing trees is fun.
Being frisky brings joy to others.
If you miss a meal, you won't die.
It's OK to have babies wherever you feel comfortable.
If you fall down a hole (or drainpipe), make loud noises.
Life is full of fishy situations...Licking is the answer!
