Why Shy People should get Themselves a Dog |
FELINE FACTS Did you know Cats walk on their toes, not their paws? The first formal cat show was held in England in 1871, in America in 1895? Cats certainly are not cowards, but they are definitely smart enough to scamper away when a large enemy threatens them. Hence the term 'scaredy - cat' Cat families usually play best in even numbers. Cats and kittens should be acquired in pairs whenever possible. Most female felines can conceive and give birth to kittens until they are about eleven years old; male cats as old as sixteen years have been known to sire litters! ... MEOW ... |
